| FAQ Q: How much does a rental cost?
A: Check out our pricing page for rates. You should also contact us at 252-673-2559 for an estimate.
Q: When should I reserve?
A: Our rentals are very popular and reservations come quickly. For this reason, we suggest that you reserve your rental(s) as soon as you know the date of your party.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, We do require a $50 deposit, which will be deducted from your balance at delivery.
Q: Do you rent in parks?
A: We do rent in parks however you are responsible for obtaining any permits and insurance requirements for the specific park. We require documentation of any permit requirements (or lack thereof) to be faxed to us at 866-929-7523. Also, a generator is usually needed which can be rented for $45 including a full tank of gas.
Q: Is electricity required for inflatable rentals?
A: Yes, there must be an electrical receptacle within 100' of the unit.
Q: Are your inflatables insured?
A: Yes we carry a General Liability Insurance Policy. Q: My yard has hills, roots, and trees. Can I rent an inflatable?
A: Unfortunately, if you do not have a relatively flat, open space free of trees, roots, rocks, or other obstacles, we are unable to setup.
Q: What times do you drop off and/or pick up the rental?
A: We try to be as flexible as you need us to be. Please keep in mind that due to scheduling, it may be necessary to drop off early or pick up late. | |
